The RAPS Conference Series provides regulatory affairs professionals with opportunities to explore key topics more in-depth, creating a collaborative environment for interactive education and professional development. The Series offers conferences on various US and European topics.

European Lifecycle Management Conference | 28-29 October 2025 Preconference Workshop: 27 October 2025
Rotterdam, Netherlands
This conference will expand on the discussions from the past two years of the RAPS European Clinical, Risk, and Postmarket Surveillance Conference, with an extended focus on the complete lifecycle of medical products, including medical devices and in-vitro diagnostics.
Topics will include market access, risk management, usability, clinical development, PMS/PMCF, and end of life.
NEW: European Digital Technology and Software Conference
30-31 October 2025 | Rotterdam, Netherlands
This new RAPS Conference Series event is designed for regulatory professionals in the medical device, IVD, and pharmaceutical areas. Regulatory practitioners and innovators will address updates on AI, software, digital technologies, and the Internet of Things in healthcare.

Proposals are blinded and peer-reviewed for quality, educational content, skill level (intermediate to advanced), and topic relevance.
SUBMISSION TYPES/FORMATS
- Preconference Workshop: EUDAMED (European Lifecycle Management Conference only) This is a one-day preconference workshop that takes place the day before the main conference (27 October). Preconference workshop proposals should be on the topic of EUDAMED, including a workshop outline, learning objectives, objectives and include a detailed “class agenda” that breaks down the schedule and activities to provide a clear overview of the workshop’s structure.
- Concurrent Educational Session: These are 60-minute sessions that occur during the main conference dates. Presenters can select from several track-specific topics.

PROPOSAL INSTRUCTIONS
Submit proposals to the RAPS 2025 European Conferences Proposal Submission Page.
Vital Information on the Submission Process:
- All proposals must be submitted online. Proposals submitted by email, fax or mail will not be accepted.
- You may save your progress at any point and return to your saved proposal until the deadline on Thursday 10 April 2025, at 11:59 pm ET.
- Although you may submit multiple proposed sessions, RAPS will not select more than two submissions from an individual to avoid speaker scheduling conflicts.
- Please allow several days before the submission deadline to resolve questions or problems with the online submission process.
- Please list ONLY presenters who have agreed to participate in your session should it be accepted. Do not include desired or ideal presenters in your submission.
- To comply with the blinded review process, do not include identifying information in your description, such as your name or your employer’s name.
- Failure to follow online submission procedures may result in the rejection of the proposal.
- Late and/or incomplete submissions will not be accepted.
The conference committee reserves the right to request modifications and combine abstracts and may not accept all suggested speakers.
INFORMATION ON ACCEPTED PROPOSALS
If your preconference workshop proposal is accepted (Lifecycle management conference only):
- Preconference workshop presenters will receive complimentary registration for the main conference.
If your educational session proposal is accepted:
- Presenters will receive complimentary registration for the main conference.
- Preconference workshops are available as an add-on purchase option.
- RAPS does not provide an honorarium or additional funding.
